I'm actually so excited about today that I'm starting this thread!!! I've gone shopping and bought some things (thanks to your suggestions). I'm looking forward to a NO TUNA week!!!! I REFUSE to eat it this week at all!!! B - oatmeal S - protein drink L - chicken quesadilla (I've got the chicken all cooked so it'll be fast and easy) S - ww english muffin w/ peanut butter; orange juice D - pork loin, green beans, salad S - some fruit probably I went to my surgeon's annual picnic last weekend and was able to talk to the new NUT there. She suggested that I add in high cal drinks to up my calories instead of trying to "eat more" ...... good idea!! So, I'm doing a gladd of OJ per day (I still have to dilute it though) I'll work on loggin this in and counting up my cals and stuff today, to see where I fall. Laurie

Do you want the truth??? I admit it!!!! I had 1/2 of a jelly donut this morning, then slowly went back and finished it!!! Ughhhh!!! Now I feel sick and mad at myself at the same time! I have been doing very well prior and have lost 22 lbs in the last two months, so I am proud of that, but this was a BIG slip.....soooooo.....I will drink my atkins shake and have VERY little for lunch...only protein. People out there in the working world.......Stay out of your breakroom at work! Especially if you are having a weak moment! Theresa

Of course I wante the truth. I know how it feels to fall of the wagon - AGAIN!!!! I did so great shopping this week and then at the end of it, I HAD to buy that can on pringles chips!!!! Darn it all, darn it all!!!!!!! At least I opened the can yesterday and shared them so they're gone now! And there is no more icky stuff in the house. Wish there was a pill to take that could fix our brains!!!! Laurie

Breakfast: 10 ounces protein drink = 20 gms protein Mid Morning snack: 1 atkins advantage granola bar = 17 gms protein Lunch: pork tenderloin sandwich on 1 slice whole wheat bread toasted with fat free mayo, lettuce and home grown tomatoes and red onion = 12 gm protein Mid afternoon snack: 1 slice swiss cheese and 5 wheat thins low salt = 10 gms protein Dinner: 10 ounces protein drink = 20 gms protein, followed later by: Chicken Caesar Salad with low fat caesar dressing, croutons, shredded parmesan, and some black beans = 12 gms protein Before bedtime snack: 1 peeled apple and 2 tbs peanut butter = 5 gms protein (approx) I try to drink at least 8 glasses of water each day throughout........... Today is a bad day for me, eating wise and emotionally. My daughter had a dr appt so we was on the go most of the day b- chocolate mint protein shake s- few peanuts l- about four bites of my daughters biscuit with sausage gravy and an egg got home after that and had a major dump , thank god i made it home first liquids the rest of the day, i feel yucky Hugs Linda

Well, I can't say that I did the best today. I gave in to myself and went to the Olive Garden for lunch. b - my usual carnation SF instant breakfast (btw I found the prepared breakfast at the new Meijer's in Warren the first I've seen), scoop of designer whey, and 8 oz. of skim milk. s - 1 scoop of eggs and a sausage l - Pasta Fagioli (soup) and salad at the Olive garden and 1 breadstick. t No refills and I didn't eat it all. d - I'm still thinking of it.
