Don't know what to think......?
the surgeon makes a big difference. i had a surgery aborted after it was started by my first surgeon. i didn't pick him, he was the only one i could find who would accept my insurance situation at the time. on my 2nd attempt i had a surgeon that i researched well and found to be extremely qualified and experienced and he pulled off a difficult surgery with no problems or complications.
your new surgeon might be great but you owe it to yourself to find out all you can about him BEFORE making the decision whether or not to use him. this is your life you're talking about. what's convenient for your center isn't what's important, what's right for you is what's important.
trust your God but don't necessarily trust your bariatric office. i made that mistake my first time around.
