Tell me what kind of exercise do you do how much water do you drink and how many carbs are you doing .The reason I ask is because these all play a part at dropping the pounds.What type of wls did you have .I was told that makes a difference as well.
try to eliminate all refined cardohydrates from your eatting plan.
Thats protein & vegetables .No breads ,pasta potatoes ,rice tortillas chips .
my doctors recommened that my weight loss food plan consist of 70%protein and 30%vegetables .Thats three bites of protein & one bite of Vegetables .If it's not protein or vegetable DON'T EAT IT . DRINK LOTS OF WATER !!! YOU SHOULD BE DRINKING 64 OUNCES NOW ..To get off the plateau drink twice as much.
I hear ya .Thats alot of water but sip sip sip all day .I hope this works for you I've been doing it now for a few weeks and the scale is moving for me !! God Bless sue
Ps . if your walking one mile a day increase it !! walk two miles really it will work for you .DON'T GIVE UP YOU CAN DO THIS !!!!iT SOUNDS BUT GIVE IT A TRY...
