WOW!! One year re-birthday!!

I know I don't post much but I do still read the board all the time. Well today is my one year re-birthday! I am SO VERY PLEASED with the results and the changes. I have not had any problems except for VERY minor allergic reaction to the adhesive strips right after surgery. I would do it again in a minute. I have lost 188 pounds which means I have lost HALF OF ME!!! I have about 40lbs to go until I meet my personal goal and I am going to buckle down and get rid of it! The only regret I have is not doing it sooner. So to any new people looking into having the surgery let me tell you....Do your homework, find a Dr. that you like and be well informed and do what the Dr. Tells you no matter how hard it may seem at the time and you will do fine.
