Thighs anyone?? Plastics Question.

I met with Hendrick about my TT and he really recommends me seeing a plastic surgeon for my thighs and TT at the same time since my thighs are really bad. Has anyone on the boards had their thighs approved?? KP was'nt yours approved by insurance? Also has anyone ever worked with Michael Busuito out of Somerset Plastics in Troy? Hendrick recommended him very highly. Just wanted to ask if anyone has used him. Thanks Suzanne

I had a thigh lift w/lipo about 5 months ago - i have yet to see a difference! Apparently a thigh lift is the least-pleasing type of surgery. Mine was not covered by insurance. While my recovery wasn't bad, I'm not sure if I would do it again. As for Dr. Busuito - I did see him once after my thigh lift as my PS was out of town. He seemed very nice. My PS is Dr. Puri who works at the same office. I would definitely recommend him!! Hope this helps! Nicole tt/arm lift 12.20.05 thigh lift/lipo 3.21.06 -205lbs!

Suzanne, Just had my tt and thighs done aug 8 Dr S. same DR as KP, my legs were not covered by ins.I am very pleased so far, getting drains and some stitches out today wish me luck ,you can email me privately if you would like further info leave your phone number or what ever you'd like . Marcia

Hi Suzanne I haven't heard of insurance paying for thighs, but i could be wrong. My thighs are awful also, but i would never do the thigh ps. I have seen so many horror stories, hardly any happy endings so far. I remember Lauri B is still having a hard time from her thigh lift last year, and a lot of ppl have nerve damage from it. Make sure to research it a lot. Hugs Linda

Hi Suzanne, I have had a TT and breast lift. My doctor is absolutely wonderful. You really should consider booking a consult with him. Dr. Vincent DiNick, 800/282-0066 x4729. I know he has done many thigh lifts. I have yet to come across a patient who has not been thrilled with him - honestly. What kind of insurance do you have? I have BCBS PPO. I am very apprehensive about going to any new surgeon. I have to be really honest with you. Unless Hendrick knows them personally I do not think I will be going to any new surgeon. Thanks Suzanne
