Hello All - 1 yr. out !!

Hi, well it's been almost a year since my surgery. I'm not loosing as fast as most, but I AM loosing. I'm currently weigh 215, down from 330 at my heaviest and 315 when I started this journey. I feel good most of the time. Hope you are all well and feeling better too. You all continue to be a wealth of knowledge and I really appreciate you.Thanks for still being there. Jan Camara

Congrats on your 100 lbs. That is awesome. I am 3 months out and have lost 50 lbs (55 from start) and also feel good most of the time. I have a ornery pouch and get the foamies and vomiting alot but still feel better than I have in years. Keep up the good work. And as long as we are losing - who cares - how slow?
