It took me 3 months start to finish. Community Blue was a great plan to work with as long as you meet their "qualifications". Get all your ducks in a row and then go for it. Good luck. Kristy

Thank you for your response. I have done my best to get my ducks in a row and send them to Dr. Schneider's office. I know they have sent out all the paperwork over a week ago. Its just waiting now... Thanks again!! Marlo
