Dr. Michael Wood out of Cori Center

Hi, Does anyone know where I can find stats on Dr. Wood? I know I saw a website or a spot on OH in the past that said how many lap procedures Dr. Wood has done and how many he does per week, etc..... I can't seem to find it anywhere now. Dr. Wood is listed in the "surgeons not registered with us" spot on OH.

He did my surgery and I know the stats you are talking about. I don't remember where they were, but I do know that they were VERY outdated!! I would suggest calling the CORI center and asking them the specific stats you are interested in. The number to the Warren office is 586-558-8435. HOpe that helps Jennifer 355/264/150

Glad you posted, Rachel. I've got to put in a plug for the St Mary Mercy Bariatric Center. Dr Zeni is great, the program director is one of us, the entire program is exceptional, as far as I can tell. Livonia , just off 696 at Levan. There is an ad to our left with lots of good info. Hi Rachel, It's been a long time and I'm glad that you are back. I know Dr. Wood does several laps a week along with opens. I'm sure that Cori can give you his stats and the ones that were on the site were very outdated. I read your profile and I'm glad that you didn't give up. Jeanne

Hi, I just wanted to let everyone know that I attended a seminar at Harper Hospital yesterday and I no longer have doubts about his ability to do lap. I'm still waiting for my approval paperwork from BCBS but I'm going to call Cori tomorrow and set up my consult with Dr. Wood anyway. Thanks for all your support.
