My post surgical treat to myself

I booked a trip for my husband and I to Vegas. We're going to be there for my birthday (12/19****il Christmas. I've always wanted to go at that time of year and we've never made it. I'm looking forward to getting on the plane, maybe an exit row seat, and not having to use a seat belt extender. I have my 6 month doctor appointment and then we head to the airport. I'm so excited.

HI Ann, That really sounds like fun. I am sooooooooooo jealous. My DH and I are having our 10th anniversary next May. We are planning a trip to Lake Tahoe, as that is where we got married. That will probably be my celebration trip for losing weight too. You will have such a good time. Enjoy, Phyllis Gilbert

Sounds wonderful, Ann.....I am rewarding my surgery by going on a cruise with many of the teachers from the school where I teach. We are going to the Bahamas in June. I've never been on a cruise, and am SO excited - even more so to be going as a thin person! Julie
