1st WOW moment
Hey guys,
OK so this is kind of a funny first WOW moment and only people who are over weight can truly appreciate this. I went to Walmart with my sister today and after surgery I have become lactose intolerant so you can't be far from a bath room!
Well, I had to leave her shopping while I went to the bathroom and while I was washing my hands I lifted my arm to grab a towel and my short sleeve hung so low you could see half my boob and my bra.
LMAO I am sorry but you know how usually your clothes are so tight you are always pulling them OUT of the creases. Heck I was picking my shirt up and tucking it under my arm so my bra wasn't showing while I went shopping. LOL I ran out of the bathroom and found my sister and said "Look you can see my bra" LOL She just laughed!!!! 
So, I guess I am losing more weight then I thought. Just had to share the funny!

Yay You Diane! You're going to need to post a new picture soon. I lost nine pounds the first week of my fast. Almost starved to death, but I was pretty proud of that and the doc was impressed too. I did cheat a bit and have some chicken and salad tonight before starting the last six days of the fast. I just really needed to get something in my stomach, and figured if I kept it low-carb, I'd be okay.
