Surgery tomorrow!!!

My surgery is tomorrow and I guess I should be a little more nervous. I am very excited! Does anyone have any last minute words of wisdom or tips to share?? Thanks Julie

Dear Julie, I will say a prayer for you!!! I remember quite well what you are feeling tonight. I had surgery 6 months and 1 day ago!!!! I am so happy that you are taking this big step with your life. PLEASE remember to walk as soon as it is possible and follow all the things you have been taught. Stay on clear liquids, then pureed foods as instructed. Also, stay focused and listen to your body. You too will feel like a winner soon. I know!!! My prayers are for a short hospital stay, uncomplicated surgical procedure, and a lifetime of a new, lighter YOU!!!
