Update

Hi, everyone! I hope you all are doing well and staying cool, this heat wave is crazy. I am 3 1/2 weeks out and I have so much enery I can hardly contain myself. I had some respitory problems in the hospital do to my allergies but other than that I am doing great. I can't wait to get back in the pool. I walk so much more know and I take the stairs, I wouldn't have even thought about that before. I just hope that this energy level stays up. I feel healthy and I just keep telling myself that I just had major surgary and to take it easy, it is hard when you feel so good. This so fare is the best thing that I could have done for my health. I just can't wait until the pounds start melting off. I have only lost 5lbs sence surgary on the 6th of July. Take Care, God Bless! Love, Snugglebunny
