Chelsea/A2 Support Group

Hi Everyone!!! I'm sorry I've been so "absent" but things have been WILD!! A couple more weeks and it should all settle down to a dull roar, thank God! We're going to meet at Panera Bread on Jackson Road again. This Friday, August 4th at 7pm...We hope to see as many of you as possible!!! Lots to catch up on, right??!!! Love you all, Lizzie B

Hi Kim! I hope you were able to make it, we're all looking forward to meeting new people and hearing about their journeys. I'm sorry that my husband, Larry, and I didn't make it...we just had to crash here at home. Our next meeting will be Sept. 1st, I don't know if everyone wants to meet at Panera Bread or some place else, so keep an eye open for more details, okay?! We're looking forward to meeting you! Is this limited to post ops or can call join in? I am in Pinckney which is about half an hour or so from Chelsea. I don't frequent there, so I am not sure where Panera Bread is. If it is for only post ops then I guess may be able to start joining in a few months after I get approved and get my surgery. Please let me know if I can join you all, I would love to meet some of you in person. Thanks. Shawn M.

OK then I will plan on being there. I am not too familiar with the area though. So if I am coming up Dexter/Pinckney to Baker road, then what do I do? Should I get on I-94 East and go to Jackson or is there a different road to take from either Baker or Dexter/Pinckney? Shawn M.

Baker road goes right to Jackson Rd by that Mcdonalds...make a left and head down past meijers. Panera is on the L hand side...you have to make a michigan turn to get there..prettty simple...
