Any suggestions for traveling?????

I have never seen thate Adkins shakes where do you get them? I cant wait to go, its my fist time. I'm meeting two of my girlfrieds...kind of a Ya-Ya Sisterhoond weekend. Lots of laughing and checking out the city!!!

Michelle ~ I use the Atkins vanilla and add in 2 teaspoons of the Suisse Mocha (S/F) international coffee... add ice and have an iced mocha. It's great on hot days like this! Sheryl In the Zoo

You can get adkins shakes at walmart, that's the cheapest place I found to get them. Or any grocery store. Have fun on your girls weekend, those are always soooo much fun.

Thanks DeAnn I went to Meijer at lunch they had a very good selection of the shakes. I got chocolate.

LOL, yea it's me Michelle. Thanks! Yesterday I took my son to our pcp and she's not seen me since the surgery. She just stood there with a stupid look on her face until she finally turned and apologized to my son telling him "I'm sorry, I just can't stop starring at your mom!" It was a funny moment. Yeah! Go with me and I'll get you hammered and in a bar fight! Travel with Jon and he'll get you in trouble too. He farts in the seat and gets up and leaves. When the next person sits down there is a woosh of putrid bariatric vapor enveloping the new sitter and you get the stares. kp

If you can get your hands on some nectar you can mix that with water perhaps (mixes well with juice and milk as well) Have fun! Maria W.
