The reason why they have to split your appointments up like that is because insurance companies won't let you see more than two docs on one day.
Good luck on your appointment tomorrow. I saw a female doctor, Dr. ...oh gosh ...i'm forgetting her name, but I think it's the only female internist they have. I really liked her. Intelligent and treated me very respectfully. We spent a good deal of the appointment comparing notes on her daughter's migraines vs. mine, LOL

Hi Connie...I first went to Dr Foote's seminar and planned on going with him for my WLS but hubby wanted me closer to home. So I went to Alma and was told NO by the Dr there because I had a surgery four years ago and have scar tissue. (I had a hernia wrapped around my esophagus) So because of that I was turned down and now I am going back to see Dr Foote. If I would have stayed with him I probably would have had my surgery already. Maybe you should call Hurley and see what the hold up is? Seems like two months is a long time to be waiting to hear for a date. Good Luck on your journey Connie!!

Go**** seems like forever.........I called last Friday and she said they didn't even have my paper work ready for the insurance company,(it was to be sent in over 3 weeks ago) & would be a few more weeks I thought about it for a bit and called her back to remind her I have medicare and she got kind of quiet, since they don't give pre -approval........I don't know what to do next, I think they are so busy there that they might just be behind.
