My appt with Dr. DiNick............

Went good. Whew.........what a drive. We put over 350 miles on my trucK!!!!!!!! BUT...................THE GOOD NEWS: He said that "PENDING APPROVAL FROM MY INSURANCE (BCBS OF MI) HE WILL DO THE TUMMY TUCK!!"........... He indicated also it would take 3-6 weeks to get approval. He would do the surgery right at Barix in Ypsilanti too! NOT SO GOOD NEWS: (BUT I WAS EXPECTING THIS) NO on the breast lift (masteopexy). He said BCBS will NOT approve that no matter what. However, I said I would like a quote on that procedure - regardless. Who knows? SO.........when the approval comes in he anticipates the date sometime in November which is ok so far- as long as I can get off work for 6 weeks he said. It's time to go to bed now- been a HECK of a long day (up at 7am and just got home) Wanted to post the update and thank everyone for their positive vibes, posts and thanks to Jane who I met as well as Carey at Dr. DiNick's office today. WOW How amazing you both truly are!!! Thanks!!!

So happy to hear that everything went well for you. I know you will be so happy with the results. With your horseback riding and being so active; you will definitely want to get rid of that excess skin.
