TWO WOW MOMENTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Last night I went to look for an outfit to go to a wedding and retirement party. I went to one of the stores I usually go to. This store has two seperate stores of Women's clothing and Regular sizes. I headed right for the women's store. I picked out what I wanted to try on. Went to the dressing room,everything was too big. I told the sales girl, I am sorry I have to leave you now and go across the parking lot to your other store to find something to fit me. This morning I went to the clinic where I had my sleep study done to find out the procedure to follow to get my cpap machine turned down. The receptionist called the Dr. he asked approximately, how much weight I have lost, when she told him, he said he would like me to try sleeping without the machine because he beleived I may no longer need it. Just had to share these moments today!!! Phyllis Gilbert

I remember the first time I was able to shop in a REGULAR clothing store. It was a major highlight of my joureny. I don't think I will ever forget that time. Congratulations on your awesome success so far. there will be many more mile stones to come. It is so awesome that you may be able to give up your cpap, I am sure all will go well. Great news. My pulmonary dr had me have another sleep study and still says I have severe sleep apnea, but was able to get my calibration turned down 10 points, now at 10. I have another apt in two weeks to check me out yet again. Karen

Great news Phyllis. Isn't it wonderful going to smaller sizes. I've gone down one clothes size but within a week it'll be 2 because a 22/24 is almost too loose. I don't know when the last time was I wore an 18/20.
