I think it's all trial & error. I think you just have to try a little and see how it agrees with you. I have had it - didn't eat too much. But I seemed to be o.k. I think you just have to test the waters if that's something you really want. Take care, Carey

thanks, i have been looking for nut. info, but cant really find it. i guess the fear of the dump is greater that the want for the food, i think it might be pretty high in fat, so will probably pass.teri

I agree by it being Trial & Error. I could not eat the sauce (yogurt & cucumber) because of the dairy in it, and then I could not tolerate the meat because of the spice. However, now, I can tolerate it. I had to chew it 100 times per bite, and limit my sauce only because it is whole yogurt and not low fat that they use in the sauce. Unless you are making your own. I also agree with the fat content but I think I ate maybe 4 bites that were small when I did eat it. I just don't consume 4 ounces of meat anymore. Maybe 2.

thanks for the reply, it sure is a trial and error thing. so far, the only thing i cannot do is roast beef, no matter how tender, but thats ok. am scared to death to do anything high in fat, dont want to dump. teri

you know Teri-sometimes it isnt the fat that is causing the dumping that people talk about..it is the sugar in items...........now i am not advocating high fats........but many people have more trouble with dumping from sugars...........just a thought good luck, rae

I got away with it at five weeks out but I ate slowly and half the portion. There wasn't much sauce, that probably helped. I snuck one tiny bite of the pita.
