To KP and Paul - Vitamin Question

In a previous post which I now can't find you both recommended Country Life vitamins. I bought them at the Vitamin Shoppe at 13 mile and Gratiot (I think Paul said he buys his there) but I'm confused - how do you know they are chelated? The bottle I bought doesn't say anything at all about chelated minerals. The sales guy said there were no other varieties of Country Life chewables so I'm pretty sure I bought the right ones....... I would like to say they taste a HECK of a lot better than the liquid ones I was using. Anyone want a brand new unopened bottle of liquid vits????

read the ingredients. if you see selenium (as chelate) then you have found chelated vitamins. i wouldn't put much stock in what kevin says. paul is believable though. usta

Usta is correct but in only one area - the vitamins. His personal assessment of me is lacking. kp

Hi Karen sorry for the missing in action thing and having to put up with usta standing in for me,lol. Yes you got the right ones and yeah what he said in the prior post. And I actully just recieved my first blood work info from the Doc and as KP atested everything is Spot On, perfect so there wokring for me... Paul

Hey Paul, that's okay. I know to take Usta with a grain of salt. One more question - - do you take only one per day? I have the same surgeon as you - - they told me to take two multivitamins per day which I've been doing with the liquid (yuk). These are easy to chew up but taking one a day would just be great.

I have been taking 1 a day in the morning. I would check with the doc next time you go in to see him. What does KP have to say?? Thanks Paul
