I never thought i would say this, but i need to stop losing weight. A few ppl have been commenting that i am getting too thin. Well i thought about it and they're right. I am big boned to begin with, and if i ever get all this skin cut off, i would be a normal weight. So i've been trying this week to add more to my diet, like more carbs etc, but i lost 3 more pounds. Does anyone have any advice? Hugs Linda

I'd like to invite you to visit the WLS Grads board - where a lot of those 1+ years postop gather to exchange info and support each other with those issues more unique to those further out. You can find it by clicking the forums tab up top and then choose WLS Grad from the Weight Loss Related Forums list. Best of luck, Tooter

I can't believe you are having a hard time putting on weight. I'm jealous! I'm now seeing that I am having to work at maintaining my weight not to GAIN. It is scaring me to death. What is a typical day of food intake for you? I am 2 1/2 yrs post op. Thx, Carey

Hi Carey, I never thought i would ever say i don't need to lose any more weight, it's just amazing. Here's what i ate yesterday: chocolate mint protein shake when i woke up breakfast: 1 scrambled egg with cheese and a piece of toast snack: sf popsicle Lunch: 1/3 of gyro snack: 1/2 cup cottage cheese dinner: grilled kafta sandwich (ground lamb mixed with parsley , onions, seasoning) with tomatoes and onions on pita bread before bed another protein shake took all my vitamins, drunk 80 ounces of water ok so tell me what i can add, i lost two more pounds yesterday. hugs Linda
