Got drain out this morning

Hi all! I FINALLY got my drains out this morning! WOW do I feel 100% better. Most of my pain is gone. Not all but most of it. I can move! LOL Feels so good! It hurt my left shoulder pretty bad when she pulled it though. She said it was probably from the gas bubbles. Now maybe I can finally sleep in my bed tonight. YEAH!!!!! Hi Di, I am so happy for you that you got your drains out and things are going well for you. I felt so free when mine came out! And yes the hiccups drive me nuts! Now that I am on solid foods I notice that when I am eating I will start getting hiccups and I think that is my body telling me I am full. Anyways, I am so happy that you are home and doing so good... I knew you would though! Kathy

Hiccups suck. I had them slightly ,,, a couple here and there. My buddy Mark had them bad for about 12 hours. They prescibed something and it stopped right then. I don't remember what it was. Call your doc and see what he can do for you. kp

Yiiipppeeee!!! I am sure you feel so much better. Well, I don't know from experience but I am guessing you feel better. I have had 4 abdominal surgeries in the past and never had a drain so that part will be totally new for me. I am glad you feel so much better and I bet you will feel even better after a good night's sleep in your bed. Shawn M.
