I was just looking at this site and thought this video sounded very cool. Has anyone tried these exercises? it says it works every muscle head to toe and helps with back and body pain too. Hugs Linda

Linda, I was just checking out a website about this last night. I am curious also how helpful it is. There are so many gimicks out there and I would hate to spend my money on something that is just a way for Mr. Chico to fill his pocketbook up with my dough. Really does sound interesting though.
