Why do I get soo sleepy after I eat?

I am going to buy some of those vitamins on my way home from work tonight! I've been using Tropical Plus liquid and it's HORRIBLE. Makes me shudder and resist barfing every time.

vitamin shoppe has their own brand of chelated vitamins for only 13 bucks, they are wonderful!
