Thanks everyone for your advice and help. I had Chicken Broccoli for lunch.. didn't really touch the rice.. started eating the carrots which were yummy, but then remember a post where people were saying carrotts made them sick, so I stopped after just a few bites of the carrott slices..and just concentrated on the chicken. I got a good few ounces of the chicken in... chewing VERY well.. and even a little broccoli. It's been half an hour since I finished and so far I'm feeling fine!!!! We'll see how it goes for the next meal as I will be eating this for the next day or so!!! lol I will say that I did have a "mourning" moment when I first got it... the lunch comes with a homemade roll and crabcheese. The roll was soft and warm and I used to love to soak up the sauce with it. (I didn't use any soy sauce either this time).. then I would wa**** down with an ice cold coke... *sigh* It was heaven for about 20 minutes back then.. but it did me NOOOOOOOOOOO favors. If I can still have what I did today, without the crabcheese, without the coke, without the soysauce and be thinner and healthier.. I'll TAKE IT!!! ( I do miss my coke though!) Blessings, Kim

That is great that you found something you enjoyed before and can still enjoy. I know with what I like from the Chinese restraunt I won't be able to eat. It is breaded, fried and drowned in sauce. Hmmmmmm... Wonder why I am trouble now???? Well, anyway, glad you enjoyed your lunch and are doing fine. Shawn M.
