Slowly but surely....

I think I'm starting to come along here. I finally got my profile in here. Tried to get a trial picture in there - it didn't work. Maybe it's a good thing - it was in the a.m. - no makeup, no nothing. Not really looking my best. Will attempt again with makeup on this time. Don't really want to scare you all away. Hey, anytime! I really need to put some new ones on my profile too. I just have my before and me at 2mo. out....LOL. I will be 3yrs out the 19th of August. I think it is probably time to update don't you think? -----Toni

Well I looked and the message from OH said it would take up to 3 weeks to update. Does that sound right? Great....it's the scary picture w/ no makeup. Yeah, I think you are probably due for an updated picture. I'm sure you look like a totally different person. By the way, I asked the chiropractor to work on the psoas muscle and I think it triggered something. I had my back spasm the next day. I put that magnetic belt on and within an hour I was feeling better. I told the doc not to work on it again when I went in yesterday. I did not want to risk the chance of waking up w/ another spasm. I wanted to go to the gym at 5am this morning. I did, I was a good girl. I got my 2 1/2 miles in and a few weights. -----Carey
