4 More days = ONE YEAR SURGIVERSARY!!!!!!!!!!
July 19, 2006 will be my ONE YEAR SURGIVERSARY!!!
I am 19 lbs from goal, having lost a total so far of 151 lbs. 
My present to myself? I'm getting my hair highlighted, my nails done, and my toes are getting a pedicure!!!!!!!!!!!!! 
In the past year, I've lost my father, gained two nieces and a nephew I hardly knew, a brother in law I'd never met, and a sister I hadn't seen in over 25 years. I've made several great friends from oh.com, so many to mention....you know who YOU are 
.
I've water skied, jet skied, walked miles upon miles, jogged, have been involved with a great Equine Therapy ranch, ridden and fallen off horses, (and managed to just fracture my toe but nothing broken!!), been stepped on by a 1200lb horse, (he's the one who fractured my toe), managed to grow a tomato plant from a tiny seedling of 3 inches to now at least 4 feet tall and with over a dozen blossoms on it, (this is a new one for me!), received numerous-ok hundreds of compliments on my looks and weightloss by family and friends, and for once in my life, find my self esteem is coming true with the pony tail thing I bought a while ago at Sally Beauty Salons.
I've eating stuff I'm not suppose to but didn't eat enough to make me sick, I've landed in the ER countless times, even been admitted several.
Through all of this, what has made me fight and pursue my goal weight and figure,
IS ALL OF YOU HERE AT OBESITY HELP.COM.
I could not have done any of this without your words of encouragement, support, ideas, emails, phone calls, friendships, and much more than I ever though possible.
So on behalf of my now size 12 body, waiting patiently to see the PS July 29th, I THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR WHO YOU HAVE BEEN AND ARE TO ME AND MY LIFE!!!

I began @ 310, and am now at 159, and was size 42, now in size 12. HOLY COW!

WOW! It is great to be a loser!!!! I know that you have had heartache this past year along with all the wonderfull things that have happened. I pray that you are finding some comfort. You have accomplished so much. You should be so proud of yourself!!! I love your new picture. You are a great inspiration to all!
