Just my opinion, but I wouldn't go to a PS for my WLS and I wouldn't go to a WLS surgeon for my PS. I know MANY that used there WLS surgeons and where not happy. I guess I would just say do a LOT of research on both sides. What ever you decide I want to wish you the best. God Bless---Toni

You already know my opinion but I will put it here for the record. I would trust him with my life. He has worked on me with Dr. Schuhknecht. You will be in good hands. Dr. Kole does breast cancer surgery along with reconstructive so he knows his field. You will be fine. kp

I'm with Toni on this one. I had a general surgeon do my hernia repair then a PS came in to do my TT. They work together all the time. I had no stitches (or staples) on the outside so there is hardly any scar from my anchor cut w/ muscle tightening. Maybe females care more about scars than males. Good luck.

Paul, Dr. Kole did my WLS two years ago (7/19) and my TT on 10/31/05. He did a great job with both! I would not hesitate to have him do the surgery. When I went in for my 1 year check up, we talked about the TT, before I knew it the procedure was approved (in 48 hours!) and I had made an appointment for surgery. So I know how you feel about it happening so fast. Best of luck with your procedure.
