Hello All... I was wondering if anyone could help me out? I would like to know if anyone has any suggestions for plateau buster diet? I was on one day looking around on people's pages, and I saw a page that had a ten day diet on it that would "Bust your Plateau" so to say. If anyone has this on their page, or knows of a page that has it, could you pass it along to me. I would greatly appreciate it. I am 6 months out and have been stuck for about a month. Thanks for your help! ~Heather309/186 and STUCK!!!

Does this really work? Have you tried it? How much weight is expected to come off? Thanks - Carey

No, I've not tried it but everyone swears by it. I personally go back to all liquids and increase my water.... then stick by pouch rules when I restart food. I usually do liquids for 3 days. Every person's body reacts differently though. Sheryl In the Zoo
