In 6 I have loss 100LBS and broke below 200LBS. This was the weight I was back in 11th grade WOW! I now wear Large shirts and 38 in pants. UNbelievible! I am RUNNING (not walking) about 3 miles everyother day. Wish I would have done this sooner! I would like to lose about 20 more LBS to get to 180. Pounds are coming off very slow this last 5 weeks only (2lbs). I posted a new photo on my webpage, it is like looking at a new person. Start weight training next month to start building the muscle. I just wanted to thank you all, I may not post much but I do scan the responces and have found this website and your responces a great resouces for helping me through the process. Thanks again.
