Just checking in to say hello!!

My whole family is in @ Mom's now: Virginia, my oldest sister, Jan, my middle sister, (no, I am not cindy!) and Jan's husband/my brother in law, Ed, and my niece Alexandria and twins- Lauren and Grayson (maternal not indentical). They came from Portland, Oregon. Yesterday: MY WOW MOMENT WAS I WAS ON A JET SKI AND WEN****ER SKIING FOR THE FIRST TIME (WATER SKI) in my entire life, was able to get up and hold on for several rounds around the lake. (Lake Esau- Presque Isle, MI) There is about 60 people coming in today for the Memorial Service tomorrow for my Father (passed 2/15/06) and lots to do. I just wanted to say hello and let you know also; I DROPPED ANOTHER 3 POUNDS!!!!!!!!!!!!! hugs to all................. Stacey

Wow Stacey, how fun is that? I would love to go jet skiing or water skiing. I hope all goes well with the memorial service, i will keep you and your family in my prayers. I hope your mom is doing alright. Hugs Linda

Thanks Linda!!! So far the company is coming in droves and there are going to be 40 people plus here tonight, then more tomorrow. I hope to seriously spend more time on the water with my nieces and nephews. I appreciate your words and thoughts and all I can hope for is peace for my Mom and my family. Stacey

Yeah another 3 POUNDS!!!!! way to go Stacey. I was wondering how you were doing as it gets closer. I wish you all well and that you get some peace from the service. What A wonderful Wow moment too. That is something I am so afraid to try I seen my sister get really hurt in our younger years but she still enjoys it so.... Hugs Debbie M

Wow! Stacey! I couldn't even get up on skis when I was thin! I can't wait till next summer, when I can feel confident and strong and be out on the water without feeling like the fattest person in the lake. Julie in Ludington (who actually IS going to the beach right after I type this, fat or no fat)
