The craps & hot flashes

Ok so I am into this dang liquid fast stage for a 4 days now (which as of this morning I have lost 5 lbs!!

) and I am having HORRIBLE hot flashes.

Did anyone else have these? Also, I can't leave my house because I can't stop going to the bathroom.

How is it possible to not eat food and still be on the toilet all the time? I mean come on. LMAO. I feel like the night before surgury your preop colon cleansing here. LOL Tell me there is an end in sight!!!! Thanks guys. BTW any news on Kathy C.???

It will get better. You will see it was worth it all soon enough. There is a guy on here who says you ROCK to people as a form of encoragement. I will be him to it. You ROCK. I need to go find my stuff monkey. u8-)

Hang in there. I have been told that this is a totally needed step for surgery. It helps to shrink your liver so it doesn't get knicked during surgery. Plus the weight you lose now is less you have to lose after surgery!!
