one year anniversary

Today is my one year WLS anniversary! So far I have........... Lost 220 pounds Kicked my sleep apnea and lost the CPAP Got off my blood pressure meds completely Went from a size 4X shirt to a large/medium (depending on the shirt) Went from size 60" waist pants to size 38" waist Look and feel better than I have in 20 years Probably added 20 years to my life And how did I celebrate today? I had 2 wisdom teeth extracted, but the cute nurse was flirting with me so thats OK This stuff ROCKS! Tim
