Dr. Pleatman Called us!

Just really suprised, and had to tell this. My husband is scheduled on the 27th of this month with Dr. Pleatman for RNY. I had written 2 emails and they weren't answered by him, although his office had returned my calls and all was well. I did wonder why he didn't respond, since everyone on his site says he returns emails promptly. Anyway, this morning he called, himself, to see if we had been contacted yet. Blow me away! I've worked for several Dr.s, and let me tell you, in my expereince, very few pick up the phone themselves. He asked why we were traveling from Oregon, explained the reason the cost was low, asked if we had any specific questions, etc... I was really suprised. So, this is just one more big flashing green GO sign in our direction. Just thought I'd share this. Now, pray with me for good airfare and hotel rates.... LOL, Kim

Kim i'm glad everything is going so smooth for you. I'm glad he settled your nerves for you. Now about the airfare and hotel rates, i have read that buying your tickets online at 1 a.m. on wednesdays is the best time for good rates. hugs Linda
