Good Afternoon to everyone

I just had my last visit with the nurse before surgary. I lost 14lbs and she was very pleased. I will be having my surgary July 6 at 7:30am at the Blodgtt campus, Sprectrum Health. I am excited and nervise all at the same time. I have programed my self to get up and walk and do what the nursed and Dr. tell me to. I know it will help me in the long run. Good Luck to all! You are sooooo close! I was very nervous until the last week and then calmed right down. My big hospital hint is to wear slip on shoes and then use them for walking the halls. You'll be joining the sippers on the bench very soon!
