Yes, those and the sugar free fudgsicles were recommended by the nutritionist at about 8 days out as part of the full liquid diet. No problems with either. Simone

I could not handle popsicles with Splenda in them at first, now I can. So just in case you dump, that may be why. My surgeon said that might happen. And, it did. However, now I can eat Healthy Choice Fudgsicles with splenda, and also Schan's delivery has some sugar free ice cream sicles fruit flavored that are really great. Expensive but good stuff. I also like the Breyers Chocolate Fudge Bars, they are lighter than the Healthy Choice. I also can tell you that they sell Klondike Bars sugar free and those were not made with Splenda and I could eat about 1/4 of a bar at a time. Enjoy! Stacey

I had sf creamsicles and they were ok . Now i love popsicles and ice cream. Farmer jack has sf bomb pops, and they are great, my favorite even. Krogers has very good sf popsicles that are called two-fruity and come in cherry-lime, cherry-lemon, and cherry-blue raspberry. Kroger brand no sugar low fat ice cream is yummy too and comes in lots of flavors including rocky road and cherry cordial. I hope this helps some. Hugs Linda
