Protein question
I should know this but I thought I'd ask.
What happens if you take in over 80 grams of protein in one day? And it's in 20 gram increments, just at different times.
Is this ok? Not ok? I mean liquid protein, protein bars and food totaled up in the past week exceeds 90 grams.
Just curious, am I doing good or damage?
