Lost 10 pounds in 10 days!!!!!

Ok.... I just got on the scale and I have lost 10 pounds since I had my surgery!! That is 10 pounds in 10 days.. Prior to surgery I lost 26 so that makes 36 pounds all together!!! I knew I had lost, because my friend and I went shopping yesterday, and I bought a bathing suit that is an 18/20. I was in a 22/24..... I am soooooo happy this is working for me!!! I was telling my sister, the next size down is a 14/16.... then after that I will be in regular sizes!!! It hasn't been all that hard either. Man I wish I would have done this sooner!! LOL Just wanted to share my good news!! Love, Kathy

This is the first of many WOW moments you will be having!!! It really struck me when you said "I am so happy this is working for me!"....Isn't it incredible? We are so used to failing at diets and when this has no way of not working, it's just hard to believe! But believe it! You'll have people's eyes popping out before you know it!
