Consult today!

I had my consultation with a surgeon today! It went great. They shared information, I asked questions, they answered -- we had some great dialogue. Most importantly, the surgeon feels I am a good candidate Now, its on to the insurance approval -- not too sure what to think about that -- I pray it goes smoothly! I need to get a summary letter from my PCP that confirms 12 months of dr supervised diet and get a psych eval. Does anyone have any suggestions about who to go to for a psych eval?? I have a list from the surgeons office, but I don't know any of them. I've read good and bad experiences on this website.
