Surgery Tomorrow- and for Stacy

HI Everyone, Tomorrow is the day! I will be having WLS with Dr. Carlin at HFH. I could use all the prayers and positive thoughts I can get. God has given me a peace about all of this, so I think I'll be okay for the most part, but there is still some anxiety. Stacy, Please know I will be praying for your friend and her family. As the Mom of 1 son, my only child, I cannot imagine a more devastating thing. You have given me something else to focus on except on myself and tomorrow. That has always been my biggest fear and I've never understood how one gets through it..except through faith. "There but for the grace of God goes I".. I am praying now and will continue to as I am sure she will continue to be in my thoughts. Blessings, Kim
