Hello Family....Rae Coon here

Hello all....i was wondering how many of you were doing and i just thought i would update you all... I am down a total of 175 pounds...I now weigh 145....i am in a size 8. for the first time in my life...i am a normal person. I contribute my sucess to all of you here....this is the most pofitable thing i have ever done for myself. This is an accomplishment we can all look back on and think gosh i did this....and no one did it for me... I wish every one here the best of luck and continued success...
