Hello everyone just passing and wanted to stop and let you know i am still alive i don't get on here much anymore too much going on in my life right now but i do think of all of you often. my fourth year is coming up soon and i am down 430 pounds now to lose an ounce is a struggle,but i keep going.let me know how you are all doing and i will keep in touch.
