While doing a search some time ago, on obesityhelp.com, I found this website:
http://store.bariatriceating.com/featuredrecipe.html
loaded with oodles of wonderful desserts, main meals, side dishes, etc., all for Bariatric patients.
I cannot say that I have tasted any of them as I don't cook often....but if you find something you particularly like, let me know.
Enjoy!

Hi Jon,
This is one of my favorite recipes. Sometimes I put it in a graham cracker crust, sometimes I just serve it like a mousse in a bowl. Most people do not even realize it is sugar free.
Lemon Pie
2 boxes s/f vanilla pudding mix (I use lemon pudding mix when I can find it, usually at Kroger)
1 tub Crystal Light Lemonade
16 oz f/f Cool Whip
1 1/2 cup skim milk
Mix all ingredients and chill.
