What i*****h Bowl cake?? A friend made a SF banana pudding the other day and it was GREAT. She used regular vanilla wafers, but I am sure you can find a SF shortbread type cookie to replace that with.... She used SF pudding and SF Cool Whip and I didn't know the difference. Tiffany

Haven't tried this yet but I just got this from a gal down here in Texas who says it's awesome. If you try it let me know please. S/F Snicker's pie recipe 12oz S/F Vanilla Ice Cream( I prefer Carb Solutions ) 1 1/2 cup S/F Cool whip 3 Tablespoons of peanut butter 1 box S/F Chocolate pudding. Dry mix Graham cracker crust...You can make your own with butter and crushed grahams or buy 1 already done Add everything but the graham crust in a bowl and mix until ice cream is softened Place in the crust and smooth, garnish with nuts and freeze for 10-15 minutes uncovered

While doing a search some time ago, on obesityhelp.com, I found this website: http://store.bariatriceating.com/featuredrecipe.html loaded with oodles of wonderful desserts, main meals, side dishes, etc., all for Bariatric patients. I cannot say that I have tasted any of them as I don't cook often....but if you find something you particularly like, let me know. Enjoy! Stacey

Hi Jon, This is one of my favorite recipes. Sometimes I put it in a graham cracker crust, sometimes I just serve it like a mousse in a bowl. Most people do not even realize it is sugar free. Lemon Pie 2 boxes s/f vanilla pudding mix (I use lemon pudding mix when I can find it, usually at Kroger) 1 tub Crystal Light Lemonade 16 oz f/f Cool Whip 1 1/2 cup skim milk Mix all ingredients and chill.
