Theresa, I am so with you on this one. I've been in such a rutt after moving down here in Texas. Weds I recommited myself and have lost 2 lbs. It isn't by any means easy. I always look forward to you posts. You truly are an inspiration and such a brave person. You always post things we might be feeling but don't say out loud. Theresa, So glad to hear you are at a 3 pound loss. You are loved by many on this Michigan board and that includes me also. It is just normal to struggle after the 18 month time frame. I am one that struggles also, after m 18 month I gained a few pounds and had to start exerciising after a 6 week break. I am still trying to get those pesky pounds off. Keep us posted as we care so much for you and are here for you too. Take care, Janice
