Hi Diva, You look great, and HAPPY! I hope you are feeling good. I am so glad that I did this and I feel better than before surgery. Keep up the good work, and your profile is wonderful. I wish I could keep up like that. Good Luck, Mary

Thanks, I just cant see the weight loss, only in my clothing. My energy level is through the roof in comparison to pre op. I've even been riding a bike!!!!!!!, I'm constantly either on the go or wanting to be on the go , and thats easy with no job to go to right now. I may return to work on the 12th of next month. I did hear from Normie about 2 weeks ago she was going to Alaska to see her son and somewhere else. She said she was doing well.

Thank You Brandee!! As much as I was dreading having the party so soon after, I must admit I REALLY enjoyed it and so did evryone else. We bumped the date because of out of town guest being here for the graduation.

Hello, I am in the "research" stage of bariatric surgery and read your post.....after 2 weeks you were out riding a bike???? I am just curious as to how long it actually takes to start felling well enough to get up and out there....realizing though, that everyone may feel different and handle surgery differently. Kelly

The first week was really the only bad week for me. I guess thats expected I had just had major surgery but I just felt week, and was sooooooo tired of broth and having a case of buyers remorse like "ok what have I done, why did I do it" By the 2nd week I was up and around and feeling better, the more I got out and moved around the better I felt.. Like you said each person is different though.

Wow! I, too, am surprised you're so active 2 weeks out. Good for you; how great is that?!?! I haven't had surgery yet either, but I'm on the path. Posts like yours are encouraging.
