DOUBLE CENTURY CLUB!!!
Sandy omg that pic is amazing!! And what a gorgeous baby! Yes i do need some pics done, but can't afford a camera right now which sucks.
The key to my success is staying determined. I drink lots of water(have you tried the new lemonade kool-aid?) I still drink my protein in the morning as soon as i get up and before i go to sleep. I do not eat fatty meat. I eat protein first, fruits and veggies next and usually don't have room to eat much carbs. I still cannot eat much on most days. If i eat a grilled burger i eat it with ketchup or a-1 sauce (no bun) and if i am still hungry i will eat cottage cheese. I try to walk as much as possible every day. But if i crave something i buy it and take a bite and make my hubby eat the rest LOL , that way i take care of my craving. Lately i've been eating tons of watermelon, it's just so yummy this year! I've been on a mexican kick lately which isn't too good for me, but hopefully i'll get sick of it soon.

Thanks Linda! He sure is as cute as he looks, he truely was a blessing and definately not an OPPS. I am seriously struggling to get off my pregnancy weight, and I look at all of my good friends that have had WLS after I did, and all of them have surpassed me, now granted I am the only one that got pregnant. Now I need to get my booty in gear. Which I have been workign on, and so far have lost 6 pounds. Still a work in progress.

Can you hardly believe it!! I remember your many fights to get this surgery as well as the problems you went thru after surgery. But you fought the good fight and won!!! You have a great never give up attitude that has brought you thru this journey with flying colors. I am so proud of you. I am dying to see some new pics. Congrates on your great sucess!!!! I can't wait to see your new pictures .You are someone to look up to you have done such a outstanding job ! Can I also ask if you also keet a food diary ??I find that helps me to keep track of my protien intake for each day God BLESS Sue
Thank you! No i don't keep a food diary, i have a routine that i keep every day. I know i get enough protein because i drink two protein shakes a day (totalling 60g) and i eat mostly meat and cottage cheese.
