Sometimes I like to know what people are eating to maintain my own intake. So, tell me what are you having for: breakfast? I had a power crunch protein bar - 14 gms of protein and 1 cup of coffee with equal and ff cream lunch? I had 1/2 bottle of Isopure (I eat lunch around 10am) with 20 grams protein, am planning to finish half a banana with peanut butter in a bit. dinner? uh........the rest of the bottle of Isopure 20 grams that puts me at 54....so I'll probably have some tuna or flounder after all my pm appointments snacks? I normally eat cheese and beef jerky strips but today, I'm eating bananas, apricots and peanut butter (no, not all together!!! ew!!!!!!!!!!!) Oh and I am sipping ice water while I'm typing so if this seems 'sloshy' that's why!!! Thanks for sharing your eats! Stacey W 310/162/July 19, 2005

I have had approx 30 oz. of Crystal Light Orange... not sure about lunch. I am such a ball of nerves that the thought of food makes me want to hurl. I could not choke down breakfast this morning... so I opted to drink. (Drink Crystal Light, silly) As soon as I finish this message I am going to make another round of C.L. Orange. Can't they just give me the relaxation meds now?? Brandee In 5 days...

It's available at GNC or at various online sources, however if you buy the bottles, I would get them at GNC and get a club membership to save 20 percent on your purchase of a case of 12. They come in a variety of flavors, pre mixed, generally I can top a bottle over at one sitting- about half way. Our bodies can only absorb 30 grams of protein at once, so I don't even attempt to drink it all. Which, I can't. Who could drink 20 ounces? The flavors include Mango, Blue Raspberry, and others and my present choice is Apple Melon, the green one. Blue lids indicate no sugars, sweetened with Aspartame. You can also get this stuff in powder form at sources online but I don't do powders. Details on Nature's Best Isolate Clear Whey Protein, so clear you can see through it. Dietary Supplement.
