Approval Letter & Pre-Op Appts :o)
I called today and sure enough, the letter I got yesterday is my approval letter. 
I had to set up the appointment with the anethesiologist (this Thursday) and with Dr. Pesta (Monday). In the middle of the phone calls of setting up these appointments, I got a call from the company that I was interviewing with and they gave me a job offer! I explained the surgery to the lady who called and that I won't really know when my surgery date is until Monday and she said it would not be a problem. 
So I gave my resignation and my last day of work will be next Friday. Of course, I am using up my remaining personal days (use em or lose em) by taking half day tomorrow, full day Thursday and full day Monday!
As far as a surgery date goes....I have all my testing done. Providing nothing sticks out in my medical records and the doctor wants to order an additional test, then she said I could get in as early as the last week of June or the first week of July, depending on the schedules that need to be coordinated. I am hoping for surgery to be either 6/27 or even 6/29....Keeping my fingers crossed!
