Hi all!

I've been MIA for a few weeks, but hope to check in more often. Seems summer is rough for me to write and keep in touch. I've also been taking courses and doing seminars, so I just am swamped. Once I get off the computer for that stuff, I don't want to be on it anymore with the beautiful weather. Just wanted to check in on everyone. Looks like there are some big changes in people's lives some great, some not so great. I have tried to either send e-mails or post to some of the people. Oh, I did want to mention that Annette is having a birthday and I sent a card that I hope she gets! We're now the same age, Annette! Congrats to Lauri B. on finding new love and happiness. Laurie G. I will pray as you requested! Pam F. you know you are in my prayers! Theresa, glad you got to see your daughter and had a wonderful time in CA! Kent and I went to Tennessee and had a great time in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. We saw the Biltmore Estate in North Carolina and it was beyond imagination! Kent even got on a horse for me and he hates that stuff (can you say Owwwy!) I wore long pants since I am allergic to horse hair, but Kent wore shorts and got a pretty nasty blister on his calf where it rubbed the saddle. He also said "the boys" were killing him! He is a pretty great guy to go through that for me! Guess that's all for now! Take care, enjoy the summer, and live life to the fullest! Love, Pam

Hi Pam! Glad to see your smiling face on here! Sounds like you had a great time in Gatlinburg! We went there a few years ago and we loved it, although that was pre-surgery, so I couldn't hike up the trails with the kids. Want to go back again now though! They'll have to chase me! That's too funny about Kent, but I'm sure it wasn't funny to him! What a guy! Have a great summer too and pop in when you can! Hugs, Theresa

Hi Pam, Thank you for the birthday wishes We are the same age now. It's a good age to be not to young and not to old. This was the best birthday I've had in a very long time. I've mostly become a lurker around here. It sound's like you had a good time~not so sure that applies to Kent though. What a great guy you have. Are you any where near Wyoming Mi? Take care Pam.
