7 days post-op

Hello everyone, I had my surgery on 5/25 and have been home since the 27th. I'm sorry I haven't posted thank-you's to everyone who sent me well wishes - my computer is in the basement and I was instructed not to come down here (oh-oh) for at least 2 weeks. I snuck down today to try and catch up a little bit. Surgery went well with no complications and I've been doing well at home. I still have a little pain in my lower left abdomen but it gets better every day. I've surprisingly had little trouble getting in all my liquids and it's just amazing to me that I haven't had any actual food since 5/24 and I'M NOT HUNGRY! Detroit Diva and I were in the hospital together so we were walking buddies. It was so nice to have a friend there! Thank you all again for your well-wishes, Karen
