Nervous about in person appeal

Good evening everyone. Well, I just got a call about 2 hours ago from BCN, I faxed my 2nd level appeal to them today, they have scheduled my in person appeal meeting for June 8, 2006 at 3:30 pm (you can read my profile under todays date to see what lead to this). I am so nervous, you would think I would not be since I deal with Judges almost daily (Federal ones to boot they can be so intimidating) so I am taking my husband and my youngest daughter with me for this. The lady told me that BCN likes it when people come in person for theses things so they can physically see the person as opposed to a phone in appeal. I am going to start working on my speech tonight so I can be totally prepared to answer anything that is thrown at me. Just need some moral support! Oh and Kim, if you read this, THANK YOU SO MUCH for your help with the letters I ended up using your references to the medical journals and such for this letter.

Hi Licia, after reading your message it hit so close to home, Its almost like deja vu. I am going through level 1 grevience with bcn and i'm supposed to hear something by june 8th. I hope it goes through because I will also ******vous wreck if I have to do the face to face meeting. hi Licia I've gone through it, i was so nervous that i actually cried there while reading my speech. It is so much better to be there in person, and the ppl there are so very nice! Just make sure to have everything you will need, and be prepared for them to ask you why you think this is going to work for you. if you email me i can send you my speech i used, maybe it could help you.
